Uma nova pesquisa classifica quase 200 comunidades dos EUA com base no bem-estar de seus residentes.
Os resultados são baseados em uma pesquisa de bem-estar realizada em 2015 e 2016 pela Gallup-Healthways. A pesquisa incluiu pessoas em 189 áreas metropolitanas e as pontuações foram calculadas como médias em um período de dois anos.
Para a pesquisa, os pesquisadores entrevistaram mais de 354.000 adultos dos EUA em todos os 50 estados. Os pesquisadores calcularam uma pontuação de bem-estar para cada comunidade, com base nas respostas dos participantes a perguntas sobre diferentes aspectos de seu bem-estar, incluindo senso de propósito, relações sociais, vida financeira, envolvimento da comunidade e saúde física.
